The Headquarters Hotel for the will be the Holiday Inn National Airport/Crystal City Hotel, at 2650 Jefferson Davis Highway in Arlington, VA (about a mile and a half from the Birchmere).

If you re planning to attend the reception following the Saturday night concert, or if you are coming in from out-of-town, you may want to stay in the headquarters hotel, where a block of rooms will be available at a special World Folk Music Association rate of $89 per night for single or double, plus tax. To make reservations, call the hotel at 703-684-7200 and be sure to mention the special "World Folk Music Association" rate.

Reservations must be made by January 8, 2010.

WFMA will run a shuttle between the hotel and the Birchmere before and after each show. Your room key will be your ticket to ride the shuttle.
