The Finale

The tribute to Tommy Makem concluded with an early video of Tommy explaining how he wrote Four Green Fields and then him beginning to sing the song, which faded to his very moving rendition of the song at the 20th Annual WFMA Benefit Weekend, January 14, 2005.

When the video ended, all of the performers came on stage to sing Tommy's The Winds are Singing Freedom and stayed on stage to finish the evening with Wild Mountain Thyme.
