began the second half of the show with a set that was both entertaining and educational. He first gave us a history lesson with songs including his own Doesn't Anybody Remember the Horse, Battle of Bull Run, Cumberland and No Yellow Ribbons for Us. He followed that with a musicology lecture that included the evolution of Tony Banks' Red Wing into Woody Guthrie's Union Maid. He concluded his set with his stirring anthem, This Land of Ours.
