Like a spirited family reunion, the music of draws you in and warms your heart.  Performing together for 5-1/2 years, this 9-piece, DC-based ensemble pays tribute to Americana.  They present the best of vintage and contemporary folk music, peppering their repertoire with some original compositions as well as songs from the worlds of bluegrass and country.  Their top-notch musicianship and soaring harmonies often spark the audience to sing along.  The members of Shenandoah Run share a strong desire to keep folk music alive and fresh and that passion has been key to their success.
