(Doris Justis and Sean McGhee) celebrated their 30th Anniversary in May 2014.  Noted for their close vocal harmonies and guitars backing their original songs and original interpretations of the best folk/acoustic songwriters, they have shared the stage with a "who's who" of folk such as Tom Paxton, Nanci Griffith, the Chad Mitchell Trio, Noel Paul Stookey and Peter Yarrow, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Bill Danoff, Jon Carroll, Schooner Fare, Christine Lavin, the Limeliters and the list goes on.  They have been the "houseband" for Music Americana and WFMA since 1984 and continue that role by performing at the Second Sunday El Golfo Showcase from time to time.

is a long time Washington DC area guitar player recognized by the Washington Area Music Association with multiple WAMMIE award nominations for his work as a solo artist as well as his group endeavors.  Les has recorded with a number of artists over the years, and released his first solo CD, Second Chair, in 2009.  In November, 2012 he released his second solo CD, Surge.  Both CDs primarily feature original instrumentals, some original vocals and each CD includes one cover as a tribute to one of Les’s guitar heroes.  Surge has enjoyed radio airplay from Maine to Alaska, and most states in-between.

Les began his music career in the 1960’s as lead guitarist with a group called The Showmen, led by future Mary Chapin Carpenter manager Tom Carrico.  Since then he has played in a number of bands and has enjoyed sharing the stage with notables such as Roberta Flack, Gary U.S. Bonds, Lou Christie, the Coasters, Steppenwolf and others.  Les has played venues ranging from suspicious bars to the Lincoln Theatre, the Kennedy Center and the White House.  Currently, Les is one half of the acoustic duo Crumpled Hat, lead guitarist for the WAMMIE nominated contemporary gospel group Seneca, lead guitarist for a classic R&B/Rock/Blues group the Bozman Brothers and until she relocated to California was guitarist for the renowned singer/songwriter Dulcie Taylor.  :Les also performs solo concerts featuring his instrumental stories.

Mix together a singer-songwriter from Massachusetts (Holly Hanson) with a guitarist-songwriter from New Hampshire (Steve Hayes), blend in a dollop of Contemporary Folk with a dash of Alt-Country, a shared passion for lighthouses and historical biography songs, and you’ll have the nautically named duo  (Neptune’s Car was a clipper ship with a female captain — a true adventure of heroism on the high seas in the 1800s.)  The duo has been performing together since 2006 and has become known for its intimate performance style, carefully crafted lyrics, generous harmony singing, and exceptional guitar picking.  They have shared the stage with David Mallett, Bill Staines, Seth Glier, Jon Shain, Mustard’s Retreat, Anne Hills and others.  The have recorded two CDs, Strawberry Moon and Letters from the Road
