who has sung harmony on some of Tom's recordings, recorded a CD with Tom, and performed with Tom in the trio "Best of Friends" (with Bob Gibson), began her set with the first Paxton song she ever heard, Johnson, the poignant story of a miner's widow. She followed it with one of Tom's Vietnam War era songs, Talkin' Vietnam Potluck Blues and concluded her set with a beautiful rendition of Tom's Getting Up Early.
