There is one remark that is heard over and over again about Nancy Magill - "What a voice!" Whether she is performing her own songs, blues, folk or jazz, Magill brings a unique interpretation to the melody and the lyrics. She has been compared to both contemporary performers and the songbirds of the thirties and forties. But her voice and style are truly her own. There's a sense of urgency to her performances that draws the listener in. She always delivers but sometimes in a very unpredictable way.
