Douglas Clegg

Engaging from the very first, Douglas Clegg reveals the many faces of his world and then passionately takes us there, leading the way with his powerful vocals, six- and twelve-string guitars, piano, fiddle, accordion, and mandolin. He's "thoughtful [and] insightful" (Portsmouth Magazine), but he also "knows when to have some rollicking fun..." (Dirty Linen Magazine). Clegg has been a finalist in the Kerrville songwriting competition, and the title song from his first album, Fill My Thirst, was also recorded by Bill Staines. In 1994 Clegg won the "Song of the Year" and "Gospel Song of the Year" awards from the New Hampshire Country Music Association. Clegg's latest release is called Only Fools Predict the Weather.
